Nancy Mayo Kelly<Valentine<James<Valentine<James<William Jr<William Sr.
Valentine Mayo was born on February 2, 1734 in St. James Notham Parish, Goochland, Virginia to parents James and Ruth Underwood Mayo.  He married Ann Patterson June 2, 1760.  Ann was the daughter of  Thomas and Mary Patterson. He died in 1793 in Georgia, at the age of 59.  

James Mayo was born in December 11, 1711 to Valentine and Anne Mickelburrough.  He married Ruth Underwood in 1732.  Ruth was born in 1710 and died in 1734.  They had one son, Valentine.  Following Ruth’s death, James married Martha Williamson (1719-1794).  They had 12 children:  John, James, Nancy, Robert, Williamson, Richard, Benjamin, Martha, Stephen, Mary, Thomas, Valentine.

Valentine Mayo was born May 7, 1685 in Middlesex, VA  to James and Mary Valentine Mayo and died October 5, 1716.  He married Anne Mickelburrough in 1710. Anne was the daughter of Edmund and Elizabeth Mickelburrough.  Prior to Anne’s marriage to Valentine she was married to John Bourke (16 57–1699) and James Jordan (1685-1709).  With James Anne had two children: Ann and John.  Valentine and Anne had these children:  James, Elizabeth & Valentine, Sarah & John, William.

James Mayo was born in 1650 to William Jr. and Isabel Hardy Mayo.   James died July 22, 1741.  He married Mary Valentine (1652-1670??)  in 1670.  They were the parents of Elizabeth, Sarah, William and Valentine.

William Mayo , Jr. was born July 20, 1629 in Dorsethire, England to William, Sr. and Katherine Nicholls Mayo.  William married Isabel Hardy (1633) in Virginia in 1654.  He died July 14, 1713 in Lower Parish, Isle of Wight, VA. They were parents of John, Peter, Mary, Margaret, Patience and William.  

William Mayo Sr was born in 1605 and died May 29, 1639 in Dorsethire, England . Katherine Nicholls was born in 1607 and died March 16, 1652 in Dorsethire, England .
